Add to Coffee or Tea: Add 10 – 20 drops in your cup BEFORE pouring in coffee or tea and stir. Sweeten if desired.
Add to a Smoothie: Dilute 5 - 10 drops in your smoothie and stir.
Add to Water: Add 5 - 20 drops per your need to your water.
Applying to Skin: Apply 1 - 2 drops to the aggravated area and gently rub. Do not apply to broken skin.
Applying with a Lotion: Add 10 - 20 drops into body lotion. Tighten lid and shake gently to mix.
